The basic principle of work for Boroditsky Dennis Dance Company is synthesis of performing arts (theatre and dance), multimedia (photo, video and special effects), fashion and music.
This is a magic formula which makes the spectator to experience catharsis, showing the state of contemporary soul. Here come academic choreographic forms and contemporary dance techniques (from jazz to modern) as the main tools to communicate ideas through the movement.

The company was founded in 2004, when Denis Boroditsky came to Moscow from New-York, after enhancing 3-year experience with worldwide-known Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company. He selected young and talented dancers to create his own company - BDDC.

2004-2008: Russian tour (Moscow, Saratov, Bryansk, Vitebsk, Dubna). Performed on the best stages in Moscow: Theatric Centre STD "Na Strastnom", Centre of V. Meyerhold, Theatre Luny, State Theatre of Nations, Theatre-Modern.

2006: Participation in the International Festival of Contemporary Choreography IFMC in Vitebsk. 1st Prize for the one-act dance "Next To You".

2007: Participation in the "Four Elements" dance festival in Moscow

2008: Participation in the Festival in the name of N. Rotslav and N. Gabo in Bryansk, participation in the International Festival "Art of Movement" in Yaroslavl.
